1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the FEET Marketplace ("Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.

2. DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE

FEET Marketplace is a platform that enables users to create, buy, sell, and trade digital photographs as non-fungible tokens (NFTs) on the Solana blockchain.

3. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their wallet and private keys. Users must only upload content they own or have rights to use. Users are responsible for any taxes applicable to their transactions.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

When you create an NFT on our platform, you retain ownership of the underlying intellectual property. Purchasing an NFT grants the buyer a license to display the digital photograph, but does not transfer copyright.

5. FEES AND PAYMENTS

Platform charges a 0.05 SOL fee for uploading photographs and a 0.1% fee on all sales. Creator-specified royalties are automatically distributed on secondary sales.

6. RISKS

Users acknowledge the inherent risks associated with cryptocurrencies, blockchain technology, and NFTs, including price volatility, regulatory uncertainty, and technical vulnerabilities.

7. DISCLAIMERS

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED ACCESS TO THE PLATFORM OR THAT IT WILL BE FREE FROM ERRORS.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

9. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by [YOUR JURISDICTION] law without regard to conflict of law principles.

10. CHANGES TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform.
