1. RESPECT FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

FEET Marketplace respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. Users may only upload and sell photographs they own or have proper rights to use.

2. NFT OWNERSHIP VS. COPYRIGHT

Purchasing an NFT on our platform grants you ownership of the token itself, but not necessarily the copyright to the underlying photograph. The specific rights transferred are determined by the creator and specified in the NFT's metadata.

3. DEFAULT LICENSE TERMS

Unless otherwise specified by the creator, purchasing an NFT on our platform grants the buyer a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display the photograph for personal, non-commercial use.

4. DMCA COMPLIANCE

We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA). If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on our platform without authorization, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to copyright@feet-marketplace.com with the following information:

• Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
• Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing
• Your contact information
• A statement that you have a good faith belief that use is not authorized
• A statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

5. REPEAT INFRINGERS

We maintain a policy of terminating accounts of users who are repeat copyright infringers.
